School Vacation Program Registration
A deposit of $100 is required per session, per child, of which $50 is non-refundable. If your child does not get into the program because there is no availability, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
There are two ways to register for our programs:
1) Register online by completing all fields with a red star below, click Submit, then mail $100 deposit check to:

NOTE: You must register each child separately and complete all fields with a red star each time you register.
OR
2) Complete form below, print, and mail in to the address above with a $100 deposit check per session, per child.
Please note: After submitting your registration information to us online, please scroll to bottom to be sure your form was successfully submitted. It should read, "Your data was successfully submitted". If you do not receive this message, please complete and submit form again. You will receive a confirmation email from us within a few days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call or email us at farmeducationcollaborative@gmail.com to let us know you attempted to register online.
