February 20-24 Winter is a slower time on the farm but there are still mouths to feed - including our own! We will care for the farm animals in their winter housing, harvest greens in the greenhouse, make soup, butter, and bake bread, look for animal tracks in the snow, create fiber crafts, help the farmers prepare for maple sugar season, and much more. Join us for some late winter fun on the farm! April 16-20 Spring means new life on the farm! Join us for a week of animal care (including lambs and baby chicks), planting in the garden and greenhouse, seed sprouting, cooking with eggs and early spring crops, outdoor games, farm hikes, sheep shearing, fiber crafts, and much more. Come spend a week with us and help us celebrate spring! |
