Teen Instructor - filled for 2024
The Teen Instructor primarily implements the Jr. Counselor-In Training program. This position requires strong facilitation and curriculum development skills (hands-on activities and discussions), a genuine love of early adolescents, and an ability to work on one’s own within a supportive team. Camper Instructors - filled for 2024
Instructors are responsible for guiding and supporting children through daily farm and garden activities and transitions during each 5-day camp session. Instructors need experience working with and a genuine love for youth, a creative and collaborative spirit, the ability to be flexible when needed, and lots of patience. Instructors are provided curriculum to implement as well as supported in developing new curriculum based on their skills and interests. Instructors attend staff training in early July and work all seven weeks of camp.

Assistant Instructors - filled for 2024
As rising leaders at camp, Assistant Instructors take on significant responsibility with camper groups while also working collaboratively with Instructors to implement elementary-age camper activities. They help to oversee transitions, tend to camper needs, and facilitate group dynamics including assisting with behavior management and addressing interpersonal conflicts. Assistant Instructors attend staff training and work through all camper sessions. Assistant Instructors receive mentorship from the Core Team as well as other staff to develop in the following areas:
