Registration & Fees

Registration fees for 2021 will be published when registration opens in early February. Please see our Policies page for our cancellation policy.

Registration occurs online through Active Network. Every family creates an account so that you can track your registration, submit immunization records electronically, print receipts for dependent care accounts, and more!

In order to minimize waitlists and to keep campers with their peers, we may move campers into a different group than they were originally registered for.

We MUST have official immunization records on file for all campers. If we do not have these records, your camper will not be able to join us at camp. immunization Please submit no later than June 1 by either uploading them to your Active Registration account or by email/mail.

Camperships (Financial Aid)

Farm and Garden Camp offers a limited number of partial camperships ranging from $50-$200 per camper per session. Precise amount of campership aid is determined case-by-case with consideration of each family's unique needs.

In order to secure a spot for your camper(s), you must register for your preferred camp session and pay the $150 deposit per camper and then submit your campership application. If the amount of aid we offer is not enough to make camp possible for your family and you cancel within two weeks of aid notification, we will refund your deposit in full and waive all cancellation fees. If you are awarded a campership, we will apply the campership to your tuition balance. Complete payment is due by June 1.

The Campership application will be posted when registration opens.

For Military and Public Service Families
(NOT YET UPDATED/AVAILABLE FOR 2020)

Westfield Kiwanis Club is offering children in the Greater Westfield Area (Granville, Gateway, Russel, Southwick, Westfield, Agawam), ages 5-14 the opportunity to attend a summer camp of their choice.  The purpose of the scholarship is to assist families who have a Veteran, Active Military Member, Law Enforcement, Firefighter or First Responder as a parent/guardian or grandparent.

Applications MUST be received by June 1, 2019.  Decisions regarding applications will NOT be based on financial need.  The purpose of this scholarship is to honor those parent/guardians and grandparents that serve or have served to protect our community on a daily basis.

Awards of up to $200.00 per child will be offered until funds are depleted. Scholarship applications will be placed into a pool and winners will be drawn randomly until funds are depleted. Scholarships will be paid directly to the chosen camp.

Download forms here or at: www.westfieldkiwanis.org. Please feel free to contact Kellie Brown at 413-562-2301 or kbrown@bgcwestfield.org for additional information.
